Link your ii accounts

If you hold multiple accounts, you can reduce the number of usernames and passwords you need to use by linking them under one account.

All your other accounts will show on the summary page after a successful log in.

To request for your accounts to be linked: 

• Send a secure message with ‘link my accounts’ as the message topic and title. 
• Include the account numbers for the accounts you want to link in the message. 

You should receive a response in your secure message once your accounts have been successfully linked. Please note that it could take up to five days for us to link your accounts. 

Accounts that cannot be linked

You cannot link multiple investor accounts – such as Investment Club Accounts or Pension Trading Accounts –with any other account.

You cannot link to any accounts that are not held in your name or at the same address of the account you are trying to link from. For example, accounts held by a third party or designate accounts.
