Alstom SA - Saint Ouen sur Seine, Pairs-based rolling stock manufacturer - Signs EUR400.0 million contract with undisclosed costumer in its Africa, Middle East and Central Asia region. Includes a 12-year technical support and spares supply agreement.
Alstom shareholders also approve all resolutions at annual general meeting on Thursday, including split of the chair and chief executive officers positions. Current board members Philippe Petitcolin and Henri Poupart-Lafarge as CEO to serve as chair and CEO respectively.
