Autodesk Inc - San Francisco, California-based 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software company - Expands its offering to allow customers to choose Canada, Germany, India, Japan, and the UK, as their primary data storage region for select products. These new locations are supported by Amazon Web Services Inc's global infrastructure and will operate alongside existing options in Australia, the EU, and US. Autodesk says the decision aims to give customers more choices to meet individual preferences and local data requirements. Products covered by this change include Docs, BIM Collaborate, and BIM Collaborate Pro. Additionally, Revit Cloud Worksharing and Collaboration for Civil 3D are included, though they require more recent versions.
