IN BRIEF: Sonova proposes new chair and board reshuffle

Sonova Holding AG - Stafa, Switzerland-based hearing healthcare company - Nominates Gilbert Achermann to succeed current Chair Robert Spoerry. Spoerry will retire from the board due to reaching the age limit. Board member Lukas Braunschweiler will also retire for the same reason.

The firm nominates Laura Stoltenberg to succeed Stacy Enxing Seng as a board member. Stoltenberg is currently chief executive officer of Minnesota-based Cryosa Inc, a medical device company specialising in sleep apnea solutions.

The proposed reshuffle reduces the total number of board members to eight from ten. Shareholders will vote on the changes at the company's annual meeting in June.
