You can withdraw cash from your account by bank transfer.
Before you can withdraw cash, you need to add a nominated bank account.
Once you have added a nominated bank account:
- Log onto your online account and select Cash & Transfers > Withdraw or transfer cash from the menu.
- Click on Cash Withdrawals to withdraw cash.
- Choose the Account you wish to withdraw the money from.
- If you haven't already added a nominated bank account, or wish to add a different bank account (you can only have one per currency you wish to make the withdrawal to: GBP, EUR, USD, CAD) select the Add a new bank account option.
- Select the Registered Bank account for the currency you wish to withdraw.
- Enter how much cash you wish to withdraw.
- Select the Withdrawal date for when you want to trigger the withdrawal from. By default this is the closest possible working day.
- By default withdrawals are made as a one-time event. If you want the withdrawal to be made on a monthly basis, select this option as the Frequency.
- Please note: For the monthly payment option an End date needs to be specified for when withdrawals should stop.
- Finally, you need to agree to the withdrawal conditions before you can Preview the withdrawal details, before completing the withdrawal.
Your cash will be credited to your bank account by the end of the next working day if requested before 2pm. If you request your withdrawal after 2pm, you will receive your cash after two working days.
Please note that we require that you hold enough cash in your account to cover both your withdrawal and any relevant fees on the withdrawal date.
