IN BRIEF: PPHE Hotel Group announces chair change amid legal claim

PPHE Hotel Group Ltd - Amsterdam-based international hospitality real estate company, developer, owner and operator of hotels and resorts - Says non-executive Chair, Eli Papouchado, has stepped aside from his role with immediate effect due to an HR-related claim against him involving an external company that also names PPHE as a co-respondent.

Papouchado, a founder of the group and chair since its formation in 1989, "strenuously refutes" the claim and is contesting it. Ken Bradley, currently non-executive deputy chair, has been appointed as his successor.

Current stock price: 1,295.00 pence, down 3.4% in London on Thursday

12-month change: up 11%
